Congratulations! You have been selected as one of Blizzard's Battle.net stress test beta participants. This email contains both a list of download sites for the beta and your personal access code for installing the beta. Please save this email for future reference. A complete read.me file is included with the beta that will outline instructions for logging onto Battle.net and playing the beta.

The beta is only playable over Battle.net and includes the Barbarian character class and portions of the game's first act. The purpose of the beta test is to ensure the stability of Battle.net servers worldwide. Servers being tested are located in North America, Europe and Asia.

Your access code is: 4EF7-PD9H-DC89-GB6N

When installing the beta, you must enter this access code when prompted to enter the CD-Key located on the front of the Diablo II CD Case. Do not give your code to anyone. We will only issue one access code per person, and your code will not be replaced if lost or given to another user.

The Diablo II Stress Test client is 100MB. It can be downloaded from multiple sites including:

All these URLs are active now, so you can download the file at your convenience.

Please do not forward these addresses to anyone. We are sending all selected testers these URLs and a unique access code, so there is no reason or need for you to provide it to anyone.

We anticipate the test period lasting a couple of weeks. We will notify you a few days prior to the test ending. Thank you for your participation, and we hope that you have fun being part of this final phase of beta testing.
