We are unsure what is holding them up as we are unable to track them once they left Amsterdam. However we have recently received a few emails from Discbox customers in Korea who have only just received them after they were dispatched on 12/12. Therefore we ask if you could kindly wait a while longer before we send you a new copy. We apologise for the delay and understand your frustration. Do remember to check with your local post/sorting/Customs office to make sure they are not holding it for you.
